Can replace multiple grinding steps
Reduce surface grinding steps while ensuring high-quality results.
Greatly shorten the overall sample preparation time.
It is an ideal choice for large-volume, highly repeatable sample preparation.

PDS and PDH grinding discs provide a highly efficient alternative to metallographic precision grinding.
After surface grinding of the sample with a diamond grinding disc or coarse sandpaper
Use POS/POH fine grinding disc with diamond polishing liquid (3μm-15μm) for fine grinding
Finally, after two steps of polishing, a perfect sample surface can be obtained.
PDS: Suitable for soft materials with hardness in the range of 40-1500HV, it needs to be used with 9-3μm diamond suspension or spray
PDH: Suitable for materials with hardness higher than 150HV, it needs to be used with 15-6μm diamond suspension or spray
1. Compared with traditional silicon carbide sandpaper, the grinding efficiency is higher, which avoids the waste of time in frequent replacement of sandpaper.
2. Compared with traditional silicon carbide sandpaper, it has lower elasticity and higher sample flatness.
3. High-quality and highly reliable experimental reproduction results
4. Reduce grinding steps, save grinding time and reduce consumption of grinding consumables, in line with the concept of low-carbon, green and environmental protection.
